Overview
This was a new product development (NPD). Wanted to introduce trending themes as sprinkle mixes into the market.
When food is involved, nutritional labels must be placed on the product.
Role
I led commercialization. Commercialization involved dielines, refining art, composition, color, typography, translations, quality, regulations, food safety, legal, UPCs, vendors, and suppliers to execute deliverables within deadlines.
